has a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in psychology & has extensive experience in Community Development. Billie's work has primarily been focused on the development of strategies for women from socially & economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Within this context she has responded to issues such as Poverty, Domestic Violence and Child Abuse.
